    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Design My Own Label?

Yes, we accept your own designs. Please send to us in the correct format and size (see below) so that our team can use it to create your labels.

What Format Should My Images and Files Be?

You must send your images to us in the CMYK colour mode so that we are able to create a high quality coloured label for you.

All files must be EPS or transparent JPEG images, or PDF files.

What Size and Resolution Should My Images Be?

Our standard label sizes are as follows:

  • 73mm height x 151mm length with a 10mm bleed for bottles

Can I Make Changes to the Label Before Printing?

Yes, we offer amendments to be made before the labels are printed. Please note that no changes can be made once the labels have been sent off to the print, and if you require changes at this point, an additional fee will incur.
