Although mistakes are very rare, and we proofread every label, design, and product that we produce, it is possible that there is the odd error that has been missed during production.

If you see anything that is incorrect, you must let us know before the printing process starts. Any corrections made after this point will incur a charge, unless the error is related to the product technical information.

Any designs must be send in a high quality format such as JPEG, PDF, or EPS.

We offer two forms of protein samples: standard labelled samples, and premium full colour printed samples.

All of our wholesale proteins are also available in pouch form.

The average time taken to produce your supplements is 21 working days. Please note that this is only an average, and we will inform you if we experience any delays in production.

The minimum order quantity for our white label supplements is 24 bottles of each capsule or tablet product, and 25kg for any powder based products.

We currently do not delivery wholesale supplements to Europe, but we offer free collection from our factory.

We offer one free template per customer. If you require additional templates, we charge a small fee.

Our design team can create a customised design for you based on one of the templates, at a mimimim cost of £60/hour. We also offer bespoke design work as discussed below.

All payments are made through our website, which uses a trusted payment system.

Payments must be made before the design work begins. The initial quote is an estimate based on how long we think the design will take, and if we require additional time to produce your bespoke design, additional charges will be added.

Changes, updates or extra label designs will cost a fee, but please note that additional designs usually take less time to create, as we can work from the original design template.

Costs to produce your own private label supplements start from as little as £70. Once we have gathered the details and preferences of your design and products, we will send you a quote based on the estimated time it will take us to design and produce your products and private labels. This price includes everything from designing and producing the label, the bottle or container, a security cap, and packaging.
